THE DETENTION OF GERMAN VESSELS.

Herr Yon Biilow, in the Reichstag, explained that commanders of British war vessels had been instructed not to interfere with German vesse's on the mere suspicion that they were carrying contraband, and indemnify had been offered for the wrongful detention of vessels previously seized.
