Fiudat, January 19,—Before Mr. R, L. Stanford, S.M. KEEPING BILLIARD SALOON OPSN AFTER HOUItS, * W. Marnes, leasee and ownor of a •hiliaid saloon in Egmont-street, was charged with teing opan after midnight on December 29 oh, Mr, Weston represi nted defendant;, and Sergeant Stagpoole conducted the case for the police.
