MILLIONAIRE’S WIFE 600 Guests, Some Famous London, June 5. Mts. Albertini, sister of firm star Reginald Denny and British-born wife ot an American, millionaire, knows how to give parties. All previous efforts were surpassed this week when at her home in Windsor Great Park her 600 guests included West End stage stars, firm stars, an Indian Maharajah, a famous motor racing driver, and an Atlantic flyer. There was: Dancing in the panelled drawing room with its priceless tapestries and! pictures. Floodlit gardens in which concealed lights were trained on 'the flow-er-filled borders and flowering shrubs. 1 . Supper in the garden marquee, with its champagne buffet and tables ■draped with blue velvet and gold fringes. Cabaret in the ballroom, with Douglas Byng and Jane Armstrong as joint stars. Breakfast at 4 a.m. Bacon and eggs or sausages and kippers, served in the supper room and at tables on the lawn. As alternatives to breakfast there champagne beer and liquers. • After breakfast Mrs. Albertini, a striking figure with her fair hair surmounted by a diamond, tiara, and long rope pearls and diamonds gleaming against her gown, was wondering whether golf or tennis Should be the next “If there it anyone who jean give better parties than you, I should like to tnee< her," said a departing guest. •That is really sweet of you," Mrs. Albertini answered dreamily, “but wait until you have seen the next one I am going to give.”
