TOWN HALL TEMPERATURE
One Brother Tells Another "It’s a cold place up here,” remarked one of a number seated at a table on the Town Hall stage for the Foresters jubilee dinner last night. His companion agreed and mentioned that the Borough Council was intending to spend £lOO on the hall. Said the first brother: It will take that to fill up the cracks.
