Non-Intervention Agreement Unaffected (British Official Wireless) Received June 24, 1.30 p.m. RUGBY, June 23. In the course of a statement in the House of Commons on Germany and Italy’s withdrawal from the naval control scheme in Spain as a result of disagreement on the Leipzig incident, the Foreign Minister, Mr Anthony Eden, said he understood that Germany and Italy were not contemplating ceasing participation in the Non-Intervention Committee and the non-interven-tion agreement itself was unaffected.
