Drover Fined £2 “This man last registered his dogs in 1927 and he has had dogs all the time,” said Mr H. Dixon, Borough ranger in the Stratford Court this morning -when proceeding against William Holme, drover, Stratford, for failing to register two dogs. A letter from the defendant stated that the dogs were in his possession on trial. The Magistrate imposed a fine of £2 (costs 10s).
