The cyclonic storm which New South Wales has experienced for the past five days has. resulted in flood conditions in the North. Rivers are overflowing, and warnings have,been issued of further gales. Mountainous seas are reported all along the coast, and shipping has been delayed. Air services have been disorganised and in some cases abandoned;.

Sydney’s rainfall for the period totalled four inches.
