Plans For Two Completed London, June 7. Signor Mussolini intends to order tlie immediate construction of two 35,000-ton battleships if President Roosevelt does not respond to the suggestion to summon a world conference on arms limitation, it is understood by the Rome correspondent of the Morning Post. It is reported that plans for the vessels are already completed and approved.
