I He will visit a number of Wanganui I schools and will be accorded a civic [ reception in the evening. | A Sydney cable message announces [ the appointment of Dr Charles J. | Rolls, New Zealand, as Dean ot the Missionary Training College at Croydon. 1 Two appointments in the Legislative Department were announced last night by the Minister in charge ot the department, the Hon. H. G. R. Mason. Mr J. R. Taylor, who has been assistant chief messenger at Parliament House since 1920, has been appointed j chief messenger in succession to the [ late Mr W. Oakley, and Mr W. T. Brown, who is at present attached to the office of the acting-Prime Minister, will take the place of Mr Taylor as deputy-chief messenger.
