COUNTY MOTOR DRIVERS. Nine hundred and sixteen motor drivers’ licenses have been issued by the Stratford County Council to dalle out of a total of 1600, reports Mr R. J. Cuff, county inspector. Hall has been mentioned among others as likely to stand for election, but he informed ‘the "Central Press” to-daty that he could not spar e sufficient time to attend to the duties of a councillor, and positively will not be a candidate. Nominations close’ at the borough office at noon to-morrow.
