Th© Australian Associated Press understands that in connection with the English-American trade pact discussions, New Zealand will not agree to any proposals if 'they reduce New Zealand to Britain, simultaneously increasing American sales to Britain. However, provided an agreement can be reached satisfactory to New Zeialand, Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage, unlike the’ other Dominions', would, with Mr W. Nash, be (ready .to intimate New Zealand’s attitude before leaving England.
