POINTS TABLE.
F CHANGES IN THE NORTH K - ■ TUKAPA AND CLIFTON LEAD Stratford And United Defeated II - - The victories of Inglewood over Stratford, Tukapa over United, and Clifton over Old Boys on Saturday have produced an interesting change in the points table for the championship in the northern division. Tukapa and Clifton lead with 10 points each, Stratford and Inglewood are equal with 9, Old Boys 7, Star 2, and United I. The position in the south has not altered the leaders, as Kaponga, Hawera and Opunake won their matches with Patea, Eltham and Athletic respectively, and have 14 championship • points each. Waimate won its first points for the table by defeating Okaiawa. The weather was fine throughout the province, and the good attendances showed the public’s keen interest in the competition. Results:— Tukapa 1 5 v. United 8. Kaponga 22 v. Patea 0. Clifton 9 v. Old Boys 6. Waimate 1 I v. Okaiawa 6. Inglewood 1 5 v. Stratford 14. Opunake I 6 v. Athletic 13. Hawera 12 v. Eltham 5.
