FOREIGN POLICY
Britain And Belgium (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, May 28. According to a Geneva message the British Foreign Secretary, Mr Anthony Eden, referring at the League Council meeting to the Franco-British declaration relieving Belgium of her Locarno Treaty obligations, said the negotiations with Belgium which had been so happily concluded would, he hoped, lead to further negotiations and closer collaboration between all interested countries.
