Second Of New Reign Piesa Association —Copyright. London, May 27. The King in the full dress uniform of the Cameron Highlanders and the Queen in a gown of gold brocade were host and hostess at Buckingham Palace last night, where more than 2000 guests attended the second State ball of the reign. Their Majesties entered the ballroom at 10 p.m. Thirty-one members of the Royal Family were present, as well as 17 foreign Royalties. Queen Mary, celebrating her 70th birthday, had a place of honour next to their Majesties on the dais.
