WELLINGTON INQUEST
Mysterious Accident Press Association—Copyright. Wellington, May 26. A finding was recorded at an inquest to-day by the Coroner, Mr E. Gilbertson, that John James Bruen, a painter, died in the Wellington hospital on May 9 from severe injuries received when he was' knocked down by a taxi driven by Clarence Warren. It was a mystery how the accident happened, Mr Gilbertson said. There was no direct evidence of where Bruen was or what part of the car struck him z The .left front door window was smashed in and the suggestion was aiafie that possibly Inutn rushed up to hail the taxi. Visibility was. described as very bad,
