BELIEF OF MR EDEN OPPORTUNITY AT HAND. Question Of League Reform Press Association—Copyright. (Received 10*3 a.m.) Geneva, May 26. The British Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Mr Anthony Eden, in a speech to the International Journalists’ Associ'ation, said 'that inter-
national tension had appreciably eased, largely as a result of the conversations held in London at Coronation time.

Spain, he said, but there was a widespread impression that *the situation was now less tense, and that an era of international opportunity might at hand.
