COUNCIL VACANCIES Closing Of Nominations I ■ i To fill two vacancies on the Stratj ford Borough Council caused by the j resignations of Dr. W. P. P. Gordon and Mr R. R. Curtis a poll will be taken on June 15. Nomination of candidates closes before noon on Friday, June 4.
The possibility of the Stratford branch of the Labour Party nominating candidates has been freely mentioned but when approached, executive officials stated that so far no de- | cision has been arrived at.
