JAPAN’S DEMANDS EXPANSION NECESSARY Move Toward Peace, Says Japanese Minister Press Association—Copyright. (Received 10.40 am.) Tokio, May 25. The Foreign Minister, in a speech to ‘the Free Trade Association, declared that Japan demanded the righit >to acquire (and develop material resources abroad, and the opening of overseas markets to Japanese goods. Recognition abroad of these demands, he said, would be a real move toward peace and the prevention of wlar.
