TYPHOID FEVER
OUTBREAK IN UREWERA Two Deaths In Hospital Press Association—Copyright. Whakat/ane, May 22. An outbreak of typhoid fever among the Maoris in the Upper Waimana district of the Ure-wera country is causing the authorities much concern. So far there have beep 10 admissions to the Whakatane public hospifiil and two of the cases have been fatal. The hospital is practically full alt present and further admissions will cause grave congestion.
