Edmonds (Harewood), Christchurch, with a nett score four below the scratch score of the course. The best scores returned were as follows, the scratch score of each course being given in parentheses: Miss E. Edmonds (Harewood), 84 14—70 (74); Miss C. Buchanan (Wairoa), 89 18—71 (74); Mrs C. A. Arthur (Hamilton), 85 15 —7O (73). The competition for the Aotearoa Cup. which was played in conjunction and is open, was won by Mrs J. T. Tosswill (Tauniarunui) -with a nett score nine below the ecratch score. The best cards were Mrs J. T. Tosswill (Taumarunui), 94 31—63 (72); Mrs R. Deacon (Waimate), 92 27—65 (72); Mrs Trask (Ormondville), 99 35—64 (71); Mrs McKinley (Napier), 89 22—67 (73); Miss Forman (Riverside), 97 31—66 (72)) ; Miss M.
