I This social function has always been ; mosit popular and the annual event ! promises to be as successful aB ever. I Thirteen debutantes will be pre- ' sent-ed to Sir Wai 1 er Carncross, , Speaker of the Legislative Council, | \vho will be accompanied by Lady 1 CL rncross. i Mrs W. J. Polson has made all arrangements for the ceremony, which I will take place at. nine o’clock. I The* committee have made very satisfactory arrangements for a si‘‘_ down supper. Vinsen’s Ambassadors’ ITe nd will provide tne music for the evening. The d.ecoration s in the hall i will be effective in accordance with the importance of this social evenit.
