LABOURERS IN BRAWL

Bitter Feeling On Sydney Wharves Sydney, May 18. Bitter feeling between unregistered wharf labourers and members of th<s Waterside Workers' Federation culminated to-day in a fierce brawl which extended to four city wharves. One man was sent to hospital, and at least 10 others were slightly injured. Police Inquiries indicate that there were about 100 unionists and 25 unregistered mei in the fray. The unregistered men. all of whom eventually escaped, clai-m that they wait in the background until all the unionists are signed bn before they offer themselves for work.
