Positive Case In Wellington Hospital Press Association—Copyrignt. Wellington, May 18. A positive case of infantile paralysis, a girl aged-' five, w.a-s admited to the Wellington Hospital yesterday from Ngaio. “We believe the disease is very definitely cn the wane and is practically over in this district,” was the statement made by Dr. North, Medical Superintendent of the Palmer .-ton North hospital, at a meeting of the board, when reference was made to the infantile paralysis. “It is early yet make a J -finite statement on the q’uestion whether there will be no further local cases because of the possibility of contacts while cases -are occurring in o her districts,” Dr. North added.
