INSURGENT RAID

DAMAGE IN VALENCIA BRITISH EMBASSY HIT Two Of Domestic Staff Injured Press Association —Copyright. Received May 17, 1.5 p.m. Valencia, May 16. During an insurgent air raid here, in which 32 were killed and 150 injured, two bombs fell near the British Embassy, damaging the facade and partially wrecking several rooms. No member of the Embassy staff was hurt, but a cook and chauffeur were injured. Some of the dead and many of those injured were carried into the Embassy from the streets. A >bomb completely wrecked the house rented by the Chilean Ambassador for refugees arriving from Madrid to-morrow, and killed the eight servants who were making preparations for them.
