Electricity Charges And Estimates The result of the deliberations at to-night’s meeting of the Stratford Borough Council are being awaited with keen interest, in view of the controversy regarding the electricity charges in the town. On the agenda paper is a notice of motion by the Mayor, Mr J. W. McMillan, to rescind all previous resolutions of the council in respect to electric current charges and to adopt a new scale of charges* as near as possible to cost price. Another very important matter to come before the council will be the consideration of the year’s eeti. mates.
