Victor MeLhiglen and Rosalind Russell to bring Onida’s immortal story, -of flaming love and smouldering rebellion in the desert to the screen. GRACE MOORE WINS NEW HONOURS Romance and song have never been Vo wedded on the screen as in the latest feature picture, “When Yoifte In Love,” in which that bewitching singer, Grace Moore, is the bright star. .What a girl! What a ginger! What, an unusual, yet highly, possible romance! Grace More has never appeared to such advantage as M this picture, nor has she even sung with such artistic distinction. Her numbers include “Vissi d’kJrte” from Puccini’s “La Tosca,” an aria from “Madame Butterfly,” “ln the Gloaming;’* a mlrßat'“gayest of blues, “Minnie the Moocher” in which the actress is inimitable. Cary Grant joins the ranks of the opera star’s leading men for this film, and it marks. his first oppearance in musical comedy. The story valuie, which ig enhanced by the lively cast, is most appealing, and it comes from the pen of Robert Riskin. writer of “Mr, Deed Goes to Town” and “It Happened One Night.” He also makes his bow as a director with this picture, and none will doubt the great success he makes of it. The music covers a wide range of mood, and each song fits in most appropriately. CAPPY RICKS ON THE SCREEN An unusually large cast is at work in Warner Bros. Cosmopolitan’s production of “The Go-Getter,” a Cappy Ricks story by p4fcer B. Kyne. and which is being directed by Busby Berkeley. Co.starred in the picture are George- Brent land Anita Louise.
