It is reported that an English syndicate will bid at an auction sale on Saturday for the famous William Leeds 54-acre Long Island estate for the Duke of Windsor. Its original cost was £240,000. Mr Herman Rogers stated to-day that a definite announcement of the Duke of Windsor’s marriage would be made on Monday or Tuesday.
