Rice-Rolls. One cup cold mineed meat (any kind), 1 cup cold boiled! rich, loz-. shredded suet, one skinned tomato, some herbs, pepper and sla.lt, Mash all the ingredients together in a basin, with a little milk, until smooth and firm enough to form Into short sausages. Roll them in flour, then dip in batter (or in egg and breadcrumbs), and fry in boiling fat. Drain and serve with hot tomato sauce and ‘ mlashed potatoes.
