Announcement By Mr J. A. Lee Press Association—Conyrlgnt. Auckland, March 13. An announcement that tenders had just been accepted for the erection of houses at Wanganui and Palmerston Nor.h and that it was.' expected: to call tenders in eight to 12 weeks’ time for houses at Ponsonby, was made by the Parliamentary Under. Secretary in charge of housing, Mr J,. A. Lee, to-night. Mr Lee said he was unable at present to give the names of the success, ful tenderers for work in the two southern cities.
