The Springboks will sail tojmorrow for Australia and New Zealand. The manager of the team stated to-day “From a playing point of view, and 'having in mind South Af- » rica’s prestige, it is felt, that the selection committee could not have done the job better. “The Springboks will uphold the Union’s sportiing reputation and show the New Zealanders and Australians that they can play the game on and off the field. “The whole aim is to make South Africa proud of our achievements, and ceftnent the friendship already made with our friendships already made with our Dominion cousins.
