TO-DAY’S RECIPE.
CREAM OF SPINACH SOUP. 2 bunches spinach, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 cup milk, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tablesoon flour, 1 table, spoon onion juice. Remove stalks' from spinach and wash leaves. Place leaves in a saucepan land bruise with a spoon. Cook spinach in its own water till tended (time 10.15 minute-s). Rub through a sieve). Make white sauce from melted' butter, flour and onion juice, seasonings and milk. Add spinach puree. If the consistency it 1 too thick add more milk. When hot serve imtnedi. ately.
