MOTORIST ARRESTED
Christchurch, May 9. Clarence Richards, aged 13, was found on the road near Hornby at 6 o’clock last night, lying beside his bicycle with injuries to his back. He was taken to his home, but to-day was admitted to a private hospital. A. motorist was arrested three hours after.
