P. Fraser, in answer to a telephone inquiry regarding a report that Parliament would probably be unable to dual with the legislation, this year owing 'to pressure of financial and other necessary business. “'lt is quite possible that, as Parliament will be late in meeting this year and’ there is much ordinary work to be done, the session will have to be suspended just before the Christmas and New Year holidays and resumed in January or February,” Mr Fraser added, “but it is quite certain that health insurance and pensions legis. latfan will be put through before ilhe session ends.”
