Prisoners sentenced by Judge Ost. ler to_day were Aubrey McCleary, aged 37 years, hotel porter, for two offences against boys, three years’ hard labour; John Joseph Richlifd Lewis, aged 48 years, labourer, fdr indecent assault on a male, three years’ hard labour; John Paton Hardy, aged 31 years, for the itheft | of a fur coat from a hotel, two years’ reformative detention; Frank Ernest Parker, aged 23 years, motor mechanic, for carnal knowledge, was ordered to come up for sentence when called upon.
