Looked Form Morse Sperling Song, the winner of the Mangat.era Sttepleich'-se at Woodville, opened his two-year-old career’ promisingly enough by running" second to Whenuakura in - he 1933 Avondale Stakes, but was not a successand last season was tried as a jumper. The Hunting Song gelding’s first success, in this department was in he Panmure Hurdles on the middle day of the Auckland R eing Club’s Winter Meeting, this being achieved after 'a number of failures.
