Jury Awards Damages i Press Association—Copyright Wtilington, May 6. A Supreme Court jury to-day awarded £5OO general damages and £165 18s special damages to John Corcoran, who claimed £l5OO general damages and £222 8s special damages from George Hindle following a collision between Corcoran’s motor, cycle and Kindle’s car at Kelburn Last November. A motion for judgment for the plaintiff and a motion seeking judgment for the defendant or alternative, ly a new trial, wae reserved by Mr Justice Smith for argument.
