Evidence As To Costs The annual meeting of the Stratford sub_provincial executive of the Farmers’ Union held to-day adopted the following remit moved by Mr J. E. Schumacher on behalf of the Midhirst branch: That it be a recommendation to the Dominion Executive bo confer with all organisations in'erested in the production and manufacture of dairy products, to prepare evidence as to all costs within the industry, and that the conference Be empowered on behalf of the industry to submit to the Government, and the Guaranteed Price Committee, such evidence as shall be: (a) accurate; (b) definite; (c) representative of every activity of producers and manufacturers as a whole.
