CHILDREN’S TEETH

Napier, May 6. Parental, neglect of the services available for children is regretted in the report of the Napier School Dental Clinic. “This neglect is still evident in a large measure,” the report states. ‘‘Vigorous campaigning by the nurses and committee undoubtedly lessened this undesirable feature, but much yet remains to be done. A distressing feature was the complete failure of the parents of one school to respond to an invitation to meet one of the nurses for a talk concerning dental hygiene and the care of children's teeth.”
