Dsscussing tune Imperial Conference in the course of an interview aboard the Arawa, the Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage said that New Zealand recognised that she played only a small part in the affairs of the Empire but, nevertheless, she was imbued with a sense of responsibility in discussing tne important subjects set down on the agenda. Hon. W. Nash will return by air from Russia to-night. He will go to Southampton with Mr W. Jordan* the High Commissioner, to meet Mr Savage. It is understood that Mr Nash is anxious to discuss with Mr iSavage the recent Press attacks on the Nev/ Zealand Government.
