When this, inquest was concluded to-day, the coroner recorded a finding tliaJt Albert Ephriam Simms died: in the Westland Hospital on April 10 from a fractured skull and lacerated brain as the result of biting struck by a motor-car driven by Alfred James Andrews, the previous evening in FftzSerbert Street, unfit, r circumstances that called-for further investigation. The coroner also expressed the opinion Ithat the speed' at which the striking car was travelling was excessive when the visibility and the coniitions of the night in question were taken into full consideration
