LIBEL WRIT SERVED PUBLISHERS AND AUTHOR INVOLVED Reported Action By Duke’s Solicitors Press Association —Copyright. Received April 28, 10.5 a.m. London, April 27. The Press Association understands that the Duke of Windsor’s solicitors have served a writ on the firm of Heinemann and Mr Geoffrey Dennis, the publishers and author of the book “Coronation Commentary,” claiming damages for alleged libel. Mr Dennis’s book, which reached the fourth edition, is now out of print. A message from New York states that after temporary suspension the American publishers issued “Coronation Commentary,” despite Heinemann’s action in London.
