Strickland-Mann Bout in New York. Press Association—CopyYight New York, April 21. The bout between Maurice Strickland, of New Zealand, and Mann was declared a draw in the tenth round. Strickland was clearly his rival’s superior in ring generalship, and at limes made Mann look awkward, says the Boxing Editor of the New York j rimes.
