ISSUE OF SEASON TICKETS.
Hon. D. G. Sullivan, Minister of Railways, announced in W llington yesterday, .hat the Railway Depart men:, had decided upon a change in the issue of season tickets at hal" rate, which is now retir'c’.d to young people in employment up to the age of 21 years. This >v 'ill I>e extended to include all people up to 21 years, whether in employment or not. At present apprentice season tickets issued at half rates constitute 15 per e’tit. of the total suburban passenger traffic at other than ordinary fares, says a Press Association message,
