NEW NAZI DECREE

FLYING CORPS CREATED. GERMANY’S AVIATION SPIRIT. Interest Will Not Be Allowed To Wane. Press Association—Copyright. Received 11 a.m. London, April 21. The Times’s correspondent at Berlin says that Herr Hitler has issued a Decree creating Nazi Flying Corps. The objects are the “keeping alivo of the German people’s aviation spirit, the establishment of a system of preparatory flying instruction prior to military service, and the unification of Germany's manifold air sport activities.” The decree simultaneously dissolves the German Air Sports Association.
