EXPENDITURE IN UNITED STATES. Naval Vessels and ’Planes. Washing'ton, April 20. Senator D. I. Walsh introduced in the Senate to-day a Bill tor the building of six auxiliary naval vessels during the year. They will cost £19,600,. 000. They will come under the seaplane, destroyer, submarine, tenders, minesweeper, 'tug and oiler part of the programme, which will ultimately cost £35,200,000. Senator Edwin Johnson aaid the Bill would provide for a Hit it of 10,000 aeroplanes. It would also provide for Army, Navy and: Marine reserve units, and the gradual training jf 100,000 regular and reserve pilots
