DEATH AT BERLIN.
War-time Commander. London, April 18. Captain Lauterbach, navigation officer of the Emden during the war and (after commander of the ,captured steamer Exeter, in which he successfully raided in the Indian Ocean, died a*t Berlin to-day. He was- made prisoner, but escaped and commanded the auxiliary cruiser Moewe in 1918.
