To-day’s Forecast. HEAVY RAIN AND COLDER. ; Press Association— ; Wellington, April 21. I A depression has crossed the northern half of the North Island, while another very deep one of the westerly type is approaching the southern extremity of the Dominion. The pressure is rising over south-eastern Australia. The forecast is for light to moderate, but increasing north-west to westerly winds, backing to south-west after about 24 hours. The weather will be cloudy to overcast, with intermittent rain and some heavy falls. Temperatures will become cooler tomorrow. Seas, moderate, but rising.
