NOTED ACTOR WOUNDED

Errol Flynn in Spain. London, April 9... Errol Flynn, the Australian actor, who arrived in Spain only laslt Thursday, has been wounded. A friend telephoned his wife, Lily Damita, saying that Flynn had been reported killed. She Was trying to get Foreign Office permission to fly to Madrid, but latter learned that he had been only slightly wounded, and had gone to Valencia. Having ’Worried all night about his reported death, and how to get. to him, she is now worrying lest he has received a facial wound which might ruin his- film career. Errol Flynn, romantic young Australian, came originally from Tasmania. He was well known in Sydney dramatic circles before he left some years ago for London, and later Hollywood, where he was soon given leading roles. He married Lily Damita, the film star, more than a year ago. Roles in which Errol Flynn was recently seen Were Captain Blood, in the film of that name, and the leading part in the spectacle, “The Charge of the Light Brigade.”
