India’s Coronation contingent of 600 officers and men of all branches of the Indian Army, Air Force, Territorials and police, including representatives of 42 States, departed for London today. Tho contingent is a self-contained microcosm of the Indian Army, with its own washermen, water-carriers, tailors, barbers and cooks. The cooks will use 24 sets of utensils, in accordance with the caste regulations.
