FIGHT LASTS NINE HOURS. Heavy Enemy Losses. Press Association —Copyright. Received 11.30 a.m. New Delhi, April 11. A communique announces that an encounter on the North-west Frontier resulted in seven British officers being killed and five wounded. Twenty-two other ranks were also killed, and forty wounded. The fight lasted nine hours. The enemy losses were heavy.
